Respect your body

Shapes of your body are rapidly changing during your teen age. Usually the teenagers stop sport activity or change the eating habits at this age (not enough time for that, fast food seems to be quicker to eat, etc), but it is one of the most popular mistakes. Do not let your body relax, as the most positive habits are obtained in your teen age.
Other things you should care about are clean clothes, teeth brushing, hair and nails keeping tidy, shoes polishing. You know how it is unpleasant to speak to a person with the teeth problems, for example. So, do not forget to examine regularly or every time when you feel unhealthy. Making a positive picture body is an easy matter if you know how to discipline yourself and do not split the everyday procedures like taking shower. If you are involved into sport, it is to be one of your ordinary habits. The matter is that your endocrine system activates many processes and begins working hardly to let your organism grow. Bad habits influence your skin, hair, teeth and nail condition. Smokers have yellow teeth usually and bad spirit. The future appearance of yours depends on your habits nowadays, so, try to keep them sound. Look at your parents' appearance (hair, skin, teeth, fingers and nails, legs, wrinkles and diseases). Compare their habits with their conditions and you can forecast how you will look like in some years.
